• You are responsible for providing AARA Occasions with accurate and complete information about your event needs.
• You are responsible for approving all decisions and contracts related to your event.
• You are responsible for making timely payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
• You agree to cooperate with AARA Occasions and its representatives throughout the planning and execution process.

• AARA Occasions requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your booking date.
• The remaining balance of 70% will be due 30 days prior to your Event date.
• Payment methods include Bank transfer, Cash, Mobile payment apps.
• AARA Occasions charges fees for its services. These fees will be outlined in a separate service agreement for each client.
• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to late fees.

AARA Occasions provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services or the Website.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before your Event date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your Event date will result in a full payment due.

AARA Occasions reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website and Services at any time for any reason.

AARA Occasions will not be liable for any delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or civil unrest.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration Act, 1996, and conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Act. The arbitration will be held in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AARA Occasions regarding your access to and use of the Website and Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

AARA Occasions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our Website.
